In order to avoid fraud and to ensure safe and proper delivery of your order, Queenwish Jewelers requires a signature for all deliveries over $300. FREE U.S. Post Office 1st Class Mail 10 - 15 Days Estimate (US Customers Only)

Our free 10 - 15 days delivery is available for, well, FREE. This free 10 - 15 days delivery applies to any order, regardless of the number of items or dollar value of the items you purchase. 10-15 days shipment means after your order has been manufactured, it is shipped out and will arrive in an estimated 10 - 15business days. (Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.) Please note, this time frame is not a guaranteed time frame, but rather a estimated time frame. This means the majority of orders will arrive in that time frame, but in some cases it may take a few days longer. FedEx 2-5 Day Guaranteed Express Delivery (US Customers Only)

2-5 day delivery is guaranteed by FedEx. 2-5day shipment means after your order has been manufactured and processed for shipment by our order department, it will arrive in 2-5 business days in the afternoon. (Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.)

Ship To Address

For your protection, orders $200 and above must ship to the billing address only. Exceptions can be made upon pre-arrangement. Please contact us before ordering. On orders under $200, we will be happy to ship to a different address other than the billing address. Please note that shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent using the U.S. Post Office. We would like you to be aware of this as you place your order.

Orders being shipped to APO and FPO addresses will be shipped 1st Class Mail through the U.S. Post Office.

International Orders

Queenwish Jewelers is proud to serve our international (Non-US based) customers. Customers can choose to ship with the United States Post Office. Shipping and handling charges for international orders will be $5.00 to $10.00 USD, depending on your country, and will take a total of about 10 - 30 days. A tracking number will be sent to you, so you can track the package from your country's post office website, as it will be delivered by your country's post office once it clears customs.

For faster service, we offer FedEx delivery to most countries for $20.00 to $50.00 USD, depending on your country. Shipping time will be about 3 - 7 days to most countries. A tracking number will be sent to you, so you can track your package.

PLEASE NOTE!If you are an international customer, you may have to pay customs taxes because you are importing a piece of jewelry into your country. Queenwish Jewelers does not know what tax rate your country charges, nor do we have any control over what your country's government charges, but this tax rate is normally equivalent to your country's VAT tax rate.
